Floor out, put down some insulation, put the original ply back down, then put a 12mm layer on top

Fitted the fork mount

Image

Put some insulation behind the lower panel and fitted a 12v socket, also ran two more cables, up to the top corners on each side

Plan is to cover all the panels in carpet

Happy with my progress today. Hopefully next week I will get the other panels done then get some carpet

Been a while since I posted here. ImageImageImageImage

Storage/ kitchen bench.

I need to finish it off properly. Going to sand it down and varnish it, with aluminium edge trim

Don't really know what I like most here,
your caddy build, or your bikes !

I recently bought myself a caddy, mainly to transport my mtb's
so I'm really interested in your build and ideas.

Do you mostly use the fork mount, or do you also get the bike in without taking the front wheel out?
And where did you get your fork mount? Or did you make this yourself?

Good thread, I like the van and the bikes. Nice touchs, there like the hook for the wheel. Keep up the good work!

nice build! i'm hoping to do something similar myself. Is that a sea sucker fork mount or did you find a cheaper alternative?

Colours Nice! and your MTB is the dogs. With all that kit in the back, will you be looking to fit deadlocks? Im curious why you removed the bulkhead, is it not NOISY without it?

Where did you source your blinds from, or did you make them? Either way, I'd like details please, as I think they look pretty good.
