Building a working maxi
So I've had the van over a year now and it's about time I start working on some asthetics so to speak.
Went to Sirus a few months ago for a rear seat conversion and have so far added a couple of bits here and there.

Re: Building a working maxi
Please excuse the bad photos and dirty van, I'll get some better pictures when I'm next working on it.
I've just been and ordered 2x invoice sheets worth of parts from vw and im ordering the new wheels in the next week or so just need a solution for lowering now.

Re: Building a working maxi
Ordered the wheels today, couldn't get the CCV'S I was after because I was a day late ordering from the car audio security sale and I wasn't spending an extra £160 for being a day late so I'm glad that I rang chris from CM wheels as he cut me a good deal on some quantum 44's. So now I've more left over for a lowering kit im going for the eibachs.

Re: Building a working maxi
Loads of interior plastics. B pillar trims and scuff plates etc as I've obviously deleted the bulkhead.
Rear interior door handle.
Dashboard cubby with lid.
Air ducts to finish the caddy 4 life center console.
Side rails and side rail covers.
Barn door spoiler.
Caddy 4 rear lights.
Touran 2 piece front bumper in primer to take chrome accent grills.
And a load of bits and bobs/screws etc to make it all work.
Just got to find the time to fit it all.

Re: Building a working maxi
It's a good price, just like silent coat but the sheets are bigger for the money, also then use recycled plastic bottle insulation to fill the voids in the shell behind trims and maybe some carpet underlay for the floor and roof.

A couple of very small jobs today was to replace a broken check strap and to fit a rear interior door handle.
