They are both Delta mounts from Tredz as got 2 for £33 so good price.
Yeah I have a large frame and have good few inches yet before anywhere near the rear doors.

So have now cut the bulkhead down to fill in the gaps, saved few bob already just with that thanks to this forum.

Also anybody any idea what would be a good plastic paint to do the rear door strip as mine has had, what looks like white paint spilt on it.... ImageImage

Are you going to carpet the back?

If so why not do what I did and carpet the thresh, looks a lot better

Sorry, the bit of plastic in question. It's easy enough to do

Aye, when you carpet them carpet the rear door strip. It's a lot mor durable than paint. I'll take a photo of mine in the morning so you can see

Only thing would worry about with that being carpeted is getting bikes in and out if there wet/muddy at times then it's not really easy clean....

I lift all sorts in and out the back of mine, currently doing my garden, and it gets pretty filthy. It's just a case of let it dry off, Hoover it and if that doesn't lift it a bit of apc let that dry and Hoover again

Right ok then may be tempted, think might paint first and if starts chipping then will cover with carpet if fairly easy to keep clean

If you have spare cash floating about why not buy a new threshold cover. I see one on ebay at the moment for £25. Not sure if same fitment as yours as description is a bit vague.

Yeah that's not bad shout actually will keep my eye open for any on ebay, sadly that one isn't for a barn door. So think either paint or carpet for now just to tidy it up a little.

So been busy weekend for me finishing off the carpet lining in the back.

So over past few weeks have....
-cut and carpeted the original bulkhead
-carpeted both ply sides
-fitted the roof fabric

So time came that have been dreading is to carpet the metal work.

So first was to get the wheel jack part of by drilling out the spot welds.

Then started the carpet of the left hand side as looked easier
Image

Then done the right side and with the left overs I managed to do the 2 pieces for the side door
Image

Haven't got pics of just the right side done but found the right side bit harder to do but took my time and seemed to go ok.

This was my first ever time doing anything like this so doesn't look pro but more than good enough for me Image

Thanks to tommyzoom also as bought one of his light switches which made it much easier to connect everything together.

Is much brighter the light in person, pics don't make it look that bright.

And as can see I have taken of the top cover that went over the door locks as think looks cleaner without that, and also didn't bother putting the plastic cover back near the side door for the same reason.
