Hello Bilbobaggins, yes I did cut down the bulkhead them trimmed it to look better.
It’s a little fiddly, as the plastic melts and sticks back together, I just used a 1mm cutting disc in my grinder.

Few pics of the rear seat conversion.

Slid up the “c” pillars and riveted in place

2x more on order for the lower seat belt mounts
Just have floor mounts to sort.

Bonded and riveted, holes drilled for extra seat mounting points very large washers and lock nuts to underside.

Seats in only no belts

New side trims in both side

Caddy life front and rear carpets with storage

looks fantastic, what carpet did you use for it?

What rear seat did you use? I'm looking for one and unsure what to use. Thanks
