Look at a GTD bumper if you wanted to change it. I don’t no if it needs fettling.

Re: Build thread
Sorry, but I'm not a fan of the front splitter that came with your van. Just looks a bit awkward with the lines of the front bumper, looks like a body kit option Ford would stick on the Focus or Fiesta. The TRC splitter is easier on the eye. Paint the fog light covers and centre section of the splitter and go from there.

The rear wiper you’ve got laying flat, how did you do it? Looks smart

Re: Build thread
These are the best wiper delete blanks. I've had mine in for a couple of years now. You can obviously colour code them properly being metal.

Re: Build thread
Barbel what's the process for removing the wiper mate. So I don't have water going everywhere when I accidentally push my wiper lever forward one day ? Have you got a thread...Barbel330 wrote:These are the best wiper delete blanks. I've had mine in for a couple of years now. You can obviously colour code them properly being metal.

Re: Build thread
If it doesn't match send it to me and I'll paint it
I just folded the end of the washer pipe over and put a cable on it nice and tight to pinch it up mate. Never had an issue with it.

Re: Build thread
Removing the motor is a piece of cake, 10 minute job. I think theres a "how to" around somewhere. Only slight problem I had was one of the 4 captive nuts in the rear trim/plinth/handle broke out of its housing. No big deal though.

Re: Build thread
It really depends on the bodyshop you use to be honest, it could range from £150 to £400. The good thing for you is that there's no damage to repair, it's just a colour blend so it shouldn't cost silly money. However, some shops may want to paint your front wings together with the bumper to guarantee 100% match but that will obviously cost more. Personally, I'd try to match the colour exactly by using spray out cards then just do the bumper but that's just my preferred method.
