Re: Blackberry Life
Yeah works well on mk4, the coin tray in the centre console is exactly the right size. Caddyluv has done it too using alternative method - rather than use a generic retrofit kit, he's modified a USB desk charger with a 12v -> USB socket, cost less than £25 if you're handy with a soldering iron and shrink-wrap. It's written up in the "How To" section. My method cost a little more but ultimately took 30 minutes start to finish.

Re: Blackberry Life
The caddy looks great, very nice indeed. Can I ask if it was a conscious decision to do the body mods before looking at a remap?

Re: Blackberry Life
Thanks very much.
Yes it was a decision I made for 2 reasons - first one, it's not too sluggish as standard (150TDI), and the second, I wanted to run it in standard first, get some miles on and a service/oil change out of the way, make sure there were no return to dealer type issues before increasing to 190bhp.

Re: Blackberry Life
Ahh, that makes perfect sense especially if it's already pulling 150bhp like you say, that's no too shabby in its self. My new caddy is stock at 102bhp & is like driving a brick so it's an early mod for me I think.
