Clive the BG Blue Caddy

Post by Shakey »

Been a member on here guys for a while now! Finally thought I'd post a couple of pictures of Clive on here to share some love :D

When I first got Clive, he was purchased on 29,000 miles! Not bad for a 61 plate!

Image

First thing to do was to take him to Sirus Automotive over in Birmingham for;

Rear Seat Conversion
Caddy Life Carpets
Side Glass Windows
Caddy Life Centre Console
:D :D :D

Image

After that I NEEDED to put some new shoes on him, so got some cheap Audi Speedlines off a member on eBay.
Asyou can imagine, he failed to tell me about the ET on the alloys.. Which meant they stuck out slightly.. VERY annoying! :roll:

Image

After a month or two I got pretty bored of these, so purchased some VW Eos 18" alloys. I thought they looked awesome, and for £120, who wouldn't?!

Image

Finally it was time for the colour coding! Completely transformed the van, very very happy man;

Front Bumper
Rear Bumper

Image

Managed to get some VW Scirroco Seats on eBay for £120 and were in mint condition! Very lucky boy! :D

Image

Also treated myself to the Pioneer Apple Car Play Unit, what a piece of kit 8)
Fitted the handbrake cover and also the Golf GTI MK7 Gearknob, again, eBay, £70 for the two!
Along with the Carbon Wrapped centre console, finished the interior up lovely!

Image
Image

Last things done were to;

Wind Deflectors on
Colour-coded Wing Mirrors
Roof Rails
Colour Coded and Spoiler

Image

Hope you guys like the thread so far!

I know I need to purchase some coilovers but I promise its on the agenda! :D :D

MODIFICATIONS SO FAR:
VW Eos Alloys 18"
VW Caddy Life Rear Seat Conversion
Side Windows
Colour Coded
Rear Carpeted in Black
Roof Rails
VW Touran Engine Cover
VW Scirroco Seats
Pioneer Apple CarPlay Unit
VW Caddy Life Armrest
VW Golf GTI Mk7 Gearknob
Wind Deflectors

Very nice transformation mate. Stroke of luck getting the seats for that money. Had been nosing around myself for better seats a while back, but gave up on account of the cash wanted for old scabby efforts.

Thanks mate! Yeah was very very lucky! They were up for £200 but I offered him £100 to be a cheeky little sod, then he countered me with £120 :D

If you keep looking and keep searching you’ll find some easily! If not go to a breakers yard! Many Audi and VW seats fit!
