I asked the guy to drop it around 60mm but he said it’s as low as it’ll go before any rubbing on the wheel arches. I’ve been over all sorts, speed humps, pot holes etc and all good so far!

Hello, what vent have you installed? Were they easy to install or did you have to play around with them ?

They're Audi S3 8V air vents, although they were pretty easy to fit, they're not a straight swap. The little plastic tabs on the inside edge of the hole in the dash needed a bit of filing down in order to get a good fit when inserting the S3 vents. Mine do rotate when opening and closing the vent but I have them permanently open so I'm not too bothered.

I followed this guide to remove the standard air vents, it's easier once you've done the first one.
