Back in a Caddy again!!

Post by Chunky_caddy »

Well after a brief spell away from a Caddy I'm glad to say I'm back in one again! I've had numerous 2011-2013 Caddys with my last one being a 2013 2.0tdi 140bhp Highline.
I was holding out for a 150bhp DSG this time but the price difference just isn't justifiable right now with me wedding coming up and trying to get my own business off the ground!

Plans are:

Gloss black front grills & mirrors
Rear spoiler
Bumper protector
Wind deflectors
Black out the rear windows
Side rail cover
De wiper kit

(All of the above has been ordered)

New wheels (not sure of what yet)
Remap
Front splitter (maybe)
New seats (probably Passat CC leather)

This is the 2.0tdi 102bhp model, after coming from a 140bhp I was surprised at how well it drove and has plenty of power so far.

Cheers Andrew, are you still doing any coding work on Caddys? I'd be interested to see what could be done on mine!

Just got the Caddy back from paint as I was away for a few days. Pretty happy with the results. Still unsure on leaving the rub strips black but it'll do for now, I may change them for black edition ones.
On the wheel front I'd like to change the current alloys and go for something oem like Canyon's off a Black Edition but any sets I've seen have been way over budget once shipping costs to Ireland come into play.
If I could find replicas I might go down that route.
Seriously need to get the rear windows blacked out so that will be done asap. Going to get detailed now on Tuesday so I'll post more pics then.ImageImageImage
