So more done today brake pipes are made and fitted just gota cut and join to the original ones what I'll do tomorrow the standed handbrake cables fit to my adjustable arms are on for now anyway and coil overs are on the suspension turrets will be done tomorrow so the wheel arches can then be undersealed but I'm also going to try and fit the inner arch trim but will have to cut and plastic weld a few parts but it should look ok all going wellImageImageImageImageImageImage

Abit more done made the new fuel pipes up and fitted then made the wiring loom for the tank and tested all good finished the suspension turrets and fitted new brembo pads and discs built it up and dropped it down drove it out to give it abit of a wash off lol still abit to go tho as I need to get the abs looms made longer and sort out the spring load as they are too soft so as you see it it is on its highest setting and the van it too low for me and that's with nothing in the back so will have to work that out but at least it's now moveable for the brakes are bled up and handbrake all connected up and works.ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

Nice one, glad to see you've got this rolling now.
Won't be long until it's out and about.

Thanks for sharing your build, I would like to have a R32 Caddy some day so this is really useful.

Can you share what spring weights you eventually settle on?

Any tips for approaching this in future?

Just a small up date just been sorting a few bits out not had much time on it as I have been sorting out my grandads stuff after passing away but I'm getting there bit by bit on the van now have my original wheels repaired and powder-coated just got to put the toyo prox tyres on 2moz as I wasnt a big lover of the 19' I got so going to run the 18' for now so want be able to fit the rs3 brakes on the front until I get some bigger wheel so I'm having some new rear arms made what are Billet aluminium will look 1000 times better then the other ones I had so at the mo I'm running the mk7 golf standard Arms until they are done the coil overs are being built at the mo by Gaz coilovers again 4week waiting list but still a lot to doImageImageImageImage

So befor I fly away I thought I would pull the engine out of the caddy only took me a couple of hours found a few things from previous owner wiring broke plugs missing stuff like that also once the engine was out gave the engine bay a good clean ready for when I come back made a list of stuff I need to order from TPS so I can get it in and running when I get back after I've fitted all the new wiring for stuff I'm adding and the aircon too also after 2 years my vxr come back from the fabricators so now need to get on to that and get it done lolImageImageImageImageImageImage
