Just finished the van, will take picture of the interior soon, got the rear carpeted out, and insulated, sounds very quiet now, lowered using v-maxx kit , currently approx 165 bhp,

mmmm, that is very tasty, inside and out.
Wish I had my van that clean and shiny.
Can't wait to see the rest of the pics.

its a type of industrial vinyl, the colour is a silvery grey, but the raised bits(circles) has a texture to it, got to get the van sign written now, chrome graphics coming!

The panels have a thermal, sound insulating material behind ,can be seen between the roof strengheners in one of the pics
makes the van very qiuet and solid sounding.

Re: pearl black van
yeah, spray glue, the carpet is a stretchy type of automotive carpet, available in lots of colours, headlining is in a velour type fabric, with vinyl floor

Re: pearl black van

Re: pearl black van
That looks great,
Where can you get the stretchy carpet??? I couldn't figure out how you got it round the corners without creases
I would love to do that to mine, it must make quite a difference to the noise?
