Re: Jonny's work wagen...
been trying on the new 3sdm 0.06 direction wheels. Venom motorsport have a set in but 8.5 and 9.5. The 9.5 being et35 stick out too far for me. Do look the business though!

Iv also heard this too so when I do mine I'm guna run poly bushes like the group 4 mk1/mk2 escorts.
Or a mixture of both
Won't be noisy if there bushed to the chassis mounts.

Its not noisy at all, and if you run the bushed rose joints with a rubber boot with grease in and set up right no reason they don't last. up to a year on mine at the moment. Also looked into polly bushing the rear 4 link but couldn't find any male threaded adoptions.

Think it's guna be a make up job as you can but the rolled ends and weld the thread on.
Are running a watts link or and panhard bar for you axle location?

Running 4 link with watts link on mine - only way to do it really. If you run a system with the existing leaf spring your going to get double bounce - leaf then the air bag which is how i had to run mine for a week - awful ride.

Starting with what you had and now seeing this bad boy is a real credit to you. Awesome colour choice and a properly sweet looking van; only a little jealous! Top work, fella!

Re: Jonny's work wagen...
Ye me and friend who is an engineer did the whole rear setup. It's a fair setup to do and Deffo not for the faint hearted. Ant @ autostyl was very helpful over the phone when I was looking into air. If he was closer to me I would prob have got him to carry it out for the money he quoted. As for the plumbing it's all very easy when running airlift v2 management.
Thanks guys, not going with the 0.06's as the rears stick out to far for me. So ordered some other dailies which will be here shortly :-)
