New seats in me van

Post by Caddymat »

Sorry if it's in the wrong section but don't think I have full acces yet,

Fitted my new seats, found the original ones gave me back ache on long journeys so found a set of Leon seats,

Before

After

Loads better and supports my back, had to modify the standard bases to fit but wasn't a big job.

Old seats are up for grabs if anyone's interested?

Nice, I looked at those seats and thought they would be comfy,

I bought A3 Sport seats.

No long journeys to test them this week as I've been called up for jury duty,
well worth the £125 I paid for them, tidy's the inside up atreat

Having lived with them for a few days can honestly say they are not coming out, so much more comfortable than the standard and they do hold you in when throwing it through the bends, also I've not got long legs but the old seats always used to squeak against the bulk head
Thought I'd a couple more pics,

From a lighter angle, they look dirty in the pic but can't seem to get a better image

Mk1 TT seats are a pain, Runners are narrow compared to the caddy runners so you will need to make a frame or something like it to fix them in.
