Remove sliding door window

Hi. Was wondering if any of you knew how to remove the window on a sliding door? The reason I want to do this is that there a metal frame building 2cm+ in to the middle of the glass if you know what I mean. And the gap between the frame and window are too tight to get any tint tools in between.(Only driverslicense/creditcard) So it a pain in the ass to tint and get it perfect tbh. It will also collect water in the bottom.

I'm afraid that's glued in, like the windscreen. Go to a specialized workshop.
