My 2010 has just clocked 482000 still on original bls although it has had a cam but gets a 10,000 mile service every month lol
1.9TDi (104) Full elects and a/c, Mfsw Steering wheel, GOlf r line front Brakes, Sat nav with intergrated phone kit, Colour Premium dash cluster, OE Touran xenon headlights, Appearance pack front bumper, Caddy life arm rest. Remaped, egr delete, hybrid turbo Golf gtd front seats.19" taledaga alloys. 2016 rear lights.

These were the conrod (big-end) bearings of our BLS-engine at 94000km: https://www.facebook.com/30265462646631 ... =1&theater
This was a preventive action and now we know what the main problem of the BLS-engine is. VW installed a different conrod bearing in the BLS-engine which is inferior to the older "sputter" bearings.
