Ok. Don't want to upset you but there will be a high chance of that cracking.

There are two ways I do them. Either just fibreglass if it's not a deep area. Then a slim over with filler. You will need to go ally bigger than the plate recess as the way they are moulded it will push in an area further past the recess.

Or get an old number plate. Rough up the back of the plate and the whole recess area with some p80, then bond the plate to the Bumper. Then rough the front up and fill it and around the edges with fibrefill and then the filler.

It's not that deep of a area but thanks for letting us know any advice is helpful as I'm completely new to it all

Touran highline grill turned up today just give me a kick up the arse to get a wiggle on and get this bumper sorted
