New BMC air filter. What are peoples opinions on this type of air filter? Worth it or just a waste of time and money? Thought id give it ago, n tbh cant tell much difference but the engine does seem to drive better in high gears under load (Not as sluggish).

Its a bit big yeah i couldnt figure out how to take that trim off so ended up fishing it down the trim to the dash behind the glove box, was abit tricky but now iv found out vw do an aerial that goes in the wing mirror. Probably look at getting that as im not happy with it on the windscreen. Signals great tho, only dropped signal a few times for a matter of seconds. Radio is sound works perfectly with bluetooth, dab, fm, rear parking sensors etc.

Messed it up the first time like, second time lucky. Lots of primer on the sanded chrome did the trick in the end.

I used a hair dryer to get it off the van and a plastic soft knife, the two parts just unclip, but you have to be very careful or you'll snap them and wont go back together like me! Only 4 snapped like but i wasn't happy with that so just super glued the broken bits. Bought an a4 sheet of 3m automotive tape to put it back on the van. Simples. 8)

Finally fitted my coilovers today, lucky my mate owns a garage so he let me use his stuff. Got it the perfect height for my needs, speed bumps are cool and mud flaps dont trail. Roundabouts are fun again!!!
