Just wondering, how did you bend/shape your ply to fit the sides nicely like in the photos? I'm looking at a kit but it is sold flat. Does it bend OK as you secure it?

Hi, I applied pressure to the top which bent the panel inwards then screwed to the header rail along the top 8)

Is there a guide you followed for cutting down both bulkhead pieces? Or could you give me any tips? Embarking on it myself this weekend and feels a bit daunting.

Hi, it's easy enough - I started by looking carefully at the top because the shape is not symmetrical and if you're not careful you can cut too close and ruin it

I used a dremel and took my time - the 'line' should fairly obvious up each side, then when you get to the top use care as mentioned.

Have a look at this thread too - viewtopic.php?t=14322

Then, I smoothed the cut with a combination of a Stanley knife and some sandpaper before covering in lining carpet.

It's then simple to bolt back in with the original fixings.

All coming together now... wheels on order and due Friday, suspension coming tomorrow, private plate being transferred, insurance sorted with mods declared 🤘

Now on the look out for a decent roof mounted DAB aerial - any recommendations please?

This is fantastic. Thank you for documenting this. I can't wait to start my own in a couple of weeks time.
