Vibration at idle **HELP**

Hi everyone!! New to the forum and need some serious help with my caddy! I'v had so much bother with my van, started off with air in the fuel system, overheating, side door not opening from the inside.. this van is a problem child.. the new problem now is that I'v just picked up my van from the garage with an faulty injector.. so fitted a reconditioned one from down south. So got into the van and started first time thinking great! Problem must be solved. I also got all the injectors set with a dial gauge. (Recently fitted seals to them all) but now I have a problem with the idle!!! The whole cabin and engine now vibrates badly.. can some help me please!!!!!! Thanks

I suspect you haven't coded in your new injector.
And don't believe the misheld believe that one injector doesn't need coded, that it will "learn" from the others.

I had this issue. I ran a tank of V Power diesel through and it has solved the problem. No idea how it worked but it did.
