How hard is it to recode using VCDS?
Is it idiot proof?
Thanks you in advance Sean

Re: VCDS
Also consider ODBeleven, I just received mine and it looks really easy to use at first test.
I had removed the passenger seat and was driving with Airbag failure and it resets all failures at a press of one button

Ooh, that's what I'm hoping for as I'll eventually want to fit a MFSW as well as seeing what I can unlock on the dash.

If you have a genuine Ross tech VCDS you can register with them and they provide user support and a great forum.
They have helped us with control maps for an Aventador.
