Being the owner of an ‘R line’ caddy myself, be wary with these badges, quality isn’t the best so attach it to the van securely, but not so secure it’ll never come off

so ive got a plastic bracket made to mount the r line badge so this will get finished tomorrow and sanded and painted and mounted to the grill and then the badge will fit reasonably well as at the moment theres nothing on the grill to fit it to to hold it in place

How are you getting on with the Eibach lowering kit? Ride quality etc? I want to lower mine a bit next year and want to keep it fairly OEM as VW use that kit as their lowering option I believe. Thanks.

no issues so far but i drive an empty van so it carries nothing and its not overly low

does drive nicely tho

That's great as mine is also usually empty. I just want to lower the height a bit but still have it usable for when I'm off on the hols. I've already got some Powerflex bushes for the lowering kit as they were on a deal. Thanks.

yea at this particular ride height you arent really causing yourself much hassle i lowered my first caddy on coilovers and got the front subframe caught a few times on rough ground and said never again
