Toffee delights
Back end all finished . Still can’t make my mind up if I should remove the Caddy/TDi badge, get a gloss black set or leave as is.

Re: Toffee delights
Yeah no sure what VW were thinking with all the badges, must have been a contest for who can get the most on between the designers.

Re: Toffee delights
Yeah.. normally vw go basic with specs & leave them to the options list.. not with plastic chrome badges though!!
Black caddy badge is a diy job..
No part available
A lot of work for something you don’t see yourself!!

Looking good mate
De-badge it. Looks so much cleaner without the badges.

Re: Toffee delights
De-badge I reckon. It looks great but I think better without the badges. Also a subtle tint on the tail lights too would be good in my opinion.

Re: Toffee delights
Yeah I think I might take them off. Not really a fan of the tinted lights to be honest, I like the contrast of the red against the brown, but that’s maybe just my age.

Toffee delights
Quite a productive day on the van today. Cleaned and fit the rear carpets, fit the rear door interior release and rear window armour plates/lower panels, made a start on carpeting out the rear and fit the rear belts. Used the genuine mounting plates (part number 7H0810563) which were installed behind the panel.
I don’t think the carpets had ever been cleaned before....
Just need to make the rear upper panels now, temporary floor also fit.

Re: Toffee delights
Just about finished off the carpeting today and not a screw or clip in sight. I won’t lie, I’m pleased that job is nearly finished. Just need some more ply for the roof. Also wired a USB point in the rear, so the kids can charge their phones etc when we go on family road trips.
