caddy 2013 tpms intall vcds

Hi!

I'm new member and can't see some threads of this forum, so I have to ask for help here.

I believe I have 2013 Caddy 1.2TSI and tried to enable indirect TPMS with no luck (

My ABS brakes block and module is:

I"m trying to enable bits 1 and 2 in Byte 16, but module rejects coding with Error 31 - request out of range. Bit 2 in Byte 17 enables fine.

I would appreciate any suggestions
