Caddy2k forum welcomes our 20,000th member

Post by Doc »

I'd like to offer a huge thanks to all members this morning, especially those who contribute valuable content and also the awesome moderation team. I genuinely never imagined that this forum would make it to 20,000 registered members.
June 2008 it all started with just a few guys off different forums chatting about bumpers, headlight bulbs, wheels etc.
July 2015 we reached 10,000 registered members.
Today we reach the next great milestone of 20,000 registered members.
I am grateful to one and all.
Thank you!!

Congratulations Doc. It’s a great forum, and 20000 members proves that the way you run it is the correct way.
I’ve gained much information from here and it has given me the confidence to carry out upgrades that I’d have never dreamed of when I first bought the van. I hope I’ve managed to help others too - even if it’s only a little bit.
Here’s to many more members and years of Caddy2k.
Thanks Doc

20,000 members wow..... that’s is outstanding, well done Doc for creating this amazing forum, I’m glad to be part of it... This forum gives an amazing insight into what is possible do achieve with a caddy, There are some truly amazing caddy’s on this forum, and a huge wealth of knowledge and expertise, I have met some really great people on here, “friends for life” I would call them, and hope to meet many more likeminded “caddy people” in the future.

Well done to everyone

Doc, you should be very proud of yourself, as all of us are of you, for creating such a fantastic platform of enthusiasts and indeed gentlemen!

For personal reasons which some are aware, it has been a real lifeline for me, and given me a real purpose and focus that has been priceless and truly invaluable.

It is with great joy and pride therefore to second Winst’s quote from the heart that I have also made “friends for life” on this fine forum; friends that I can turn to for better technical advice than VW themselves but equally so for personal support with anything in life, and its modern complexities!

So, for me and many others i’m sure, this forum has developed into an international extended family that will continue to grow for many years to come!

What an achievement and what an accolade!

So thank you Doc and thank you all my friends, Hef

That’s some achievement Doc.

I’d be lost at times without this forum and it’s many members that take the time to help others out. Keep up the good work and valuable community
