@james400 they look great, did you have much trouble putting the door cards back together? I found it a complete nightmare

No pretty straightforward it was just working out how best to feed the light in so just drilled two small holes behind the trim and threaded it through more fiddly than anything tho

It obviously doesn’t want to work today, temp gauge shot up into the red, can’t see any signs of over heating so possibly a sensor. Don’t want to risk it, so waiting for VW Assist above Abbotsbury Image

Cheers mate it’s at the dealer, temp gauge didn’t move after VW assist had been out. Got a standard high line with 150 DSG. The standard ride height and springs are vastly better then the factory lowering option. This van handles loads better then mine. So I think I’m going to raise my van back up on standard springs!

What did you use to remove the bushings out the chassis? These are the last two on my van i need to replace, was thinking about burning them out as i haven't got any sockets big enough to push the old ones out into. Cheers

No I did mine with the gas axe so it melted when it caught fire I just blew it out so no damage done to the under seal

Piece of pipe 45mm inner diameter, threaded rod, some nuts and washers, that's what I've used to remove mineImage
