MK7 Golf GTD Steering Wheel

Hi Guys,

Really like the idea of the Golf GTD wheel in my caddy.

What is involved in order to install and get the wheel functioning.

My caddy is a 2011 with AC, CC, EW, EHM etc. I would assume that the cruise stalk is removed etc, then coding for the buttons

Lovely wheel and I have one in mine. To get the cruise working from the wheel however you will need a special module that is made by spacewalker. You will also need to remove the cruise stalk and replace with a basic stalk or the stalk and wheel controls will conflict. I had some help to fit mine as there is some soldering and coding to do. My van is the same year and I cant recall having to change anything else. I’m not sure if the modules are still being made however but there is another guy called Alex retrofit that also sold them at one time.
