Cheers Doc I’ll have look at that tomorrow, think I’m boggled eyed looking at it. I even left it for a couple of hours this afternoon

Re: Brooneye's build
I’ve just read through your whole thread! Strong work there and looking great
As for the a/c pipe it looks as though it could be on the wrong side of the chassis leg as the piece before the rubber flexi looks like it’s pointing in the wrong direction which means your having to bend the pipe back on itself?

Re: Brooneye's build
Been out this morning and the lower pipe from the bulk head runs the opposite way to the picture Doc posted.
@Doc Would I be right in assuming it’s a different part no that’s in yours? Would you happen to have the part no to hand?

Re: Brooneye's build
Did you acquire the full kit from the same vehice?Doc wrote: ↑Fri Mar 15, 2019 6:31 pm Have you got more of a overview of your pipe arrangement?
Top top (thick) from the bulkhead should go to the inner most connection on the pump.
Outer pump connection (nearest to the pulley) goes to the condenser.
Bottom pipe (thin) from the bulkhead goes to the condenser.
This is from memory, I've not looked at any diagrams.
It looks different to the pictures of the pipe on the other van and maybe the pipe should go down the out side of the chassis leg rather than the inside that way the bend will be the right way?

Re: Brooneye's build
Tried that today and the angle is still not right, so hopefully I’ve ordered the right one today.
Thanks for the input Scotty2Hotty

Re: Brooneye's build
After the school boy error of not having the cluster plugged in properly I’m now onto the daunting task of the wiring. Hopefully I can get this cracked off over the next week or so

Fitted my alloys last week after having the powder coated. Today I got my new centre caps, so these were put straight on

Re: Brooneye's build
Another job ticked off, managed to find the cause of the central locking and drivers window not working. Turned out to be a bad connection on the power lead
Just got to get the wipers working now, tried every fuse and going to have the motor tested to rule that out

Re: Brooneye's build
If you have a circuit tester would it not be easier to test the wires going to the motor for power and if there’s power there then that would suggest the motor is goosed?
Just a thought.

Re: Brooneye's build
Been busy as and when I can and finally cracked the wiring side of the climatronic. It’s all up and running and working how it should
Just waiting on a new air con pipe, original didn’t want to bend, order a second and was damaged and patiently waiting. Also need to run a few more wires for the A/c

Re: Brooneye's build
Got a bit more of the dash back in and fitted the newer head unit, pioneer sphda130.
Hopefully have a chance to test it out on the journey north tomorrow
Get the other bits back in next week when I collect them from being painted
