Cheers mate, it’s getting there now.
I had the original belts re-webbed by a company called Midland retrims.

Did you have to copy long coding from old control panel or just run basic settings?

Reecewxxd, they aren’t as bad as you would think mate, just make sure you have some PP plastic rods handy for reassembly.

Giddy, the seats are coded in 09 Central electronics so you just need to activate the seat heating within the 09 long coding.

Sorry I wasn't clear. It's not about how to enable seat heating really. The reason I've asked is you have A/C and it's on. Mine does not work with new control panel. On ross-tech I've seen instruction how to do basic settings, but also seems that some people had to copy long coding over to the new panel. I thought I just clarify that before I start, but seems you didn't have that problem.

Yeah I had no issues mate, the 08 Auto HVAC coding should be the same (or set the same) as your original unit, at least mine is.

Toffee delights

Wheels back and fit. They are done in BMW ferric grey with diamond cut faces and powder lacquered. The photos don’t do them justice but I can honestly say they are the best wheel refurb I’ve had (and I’ve had a lot), done by CD Coatings in Cumbria. Also treated myself to a Maxton front splitter which makes the front top low but we will see how it goes.
