Help! What to use
I’ve removed my bulkhead as I’m carpeting the back of my van, I want something to fix between the seats and the back floor (so it stops stuff rolling behind my seats from the back) I was thinking abit of ply carpeted? But is there any better ways to do this?

That will probably be the best way to get a nice finish. How are you in filling the gap left by removing the bulkhead on the rear trim?

Re: Help! What to use
I’m buying someone’s already cut bulkhead so I don’t have to butcher mine incase I decide to put it back in lol
I only want it to come up from the rear floor level about 8 ish inches probably
Would cutting the bulkhead to that height and carpeting it do the job?

Re: Help! What to use
When you say already cut, what have they cut?
If if wanted to do this I'd cut the sides down then go across at a height that looks good to me. The trim would need to go to the roof to fill the gap it would leave

Re: Help! What to use
It won’t let me add a photo but it’s the piece that you’d fit out of your own bulkhead to fill the gap, so basically the thin bits that bolt your bulkhead to the van. Yeah I could cut down the bulkhead to where I need it to stop, but would it not be rather flimsy? I may have to try and see lol

Re: Help! What to use
For the holes left from the bulkhead at the top where it meets the headliner in the cab, how would you match that in nicely?

Re: Help! What to use
Most people use their old bulkhead and cut the edges of, so if you're buying one someone had already done that to, it won't have anything to hold in with
