Re: Cam belt
Hi, welcome to the forum.
If it was done at VW they will be able to find out for you, if it was done elsewhere then there's not much hope.
I'd suggest it's about time for a second belt on a 2011, I'm fairly sure they are on a 4 year interval for replacing.

Re: Cam belt
In case it helps anyone, I’ve just been quoted £725 for a cam belt, tensioner and water pump from vw van centre!
Why it costs more taking the same engine to a van centre than it does if it was in a car, because in any vw garage the same engine and job costs £549!
Anyway, I took it to a trusted vw independent garage, who quoted £420 using genuine parts and warranty etc to do let tensioner and water pump.
Hey all say it’s a 5 hour job
Good luck

Re: Cam belt
Just bought a 2012 caddy so going to get the cam belt and water pump done. I’ve just been quoted £375 all in from a local independent VW/seat specialist so seems like a good price.
