Fitting Bentley Seats

Hello chaps, want to fit some Bentley GT Continental seats. Has anyone fitted these? I’m assuming VW manufacturer the bases so hoping they’ll fit the Touran ones without too much modification. Haven’t found a thread specifically about Bentley seats

If there's a will, there's a way Even if they won't go directly on touran bases, you can make them fit with some fabrication. I would be more interested to make electric side fully compatible/functional.

Are they going to fit in the cab width wise? I imagine they'll be like armchairs?

@giddy Yeah not sure where to start with the electrics...! Just really love the aesthetic of them! Set on making it work

@barbel haven’t actually measured but they look on the tight side. Don’t think they’re as wide as they used to make them back in the 90s/ 80s. A chap just up the road from me is selling some from 2006, so will be taking some measurements

Shouldn’t be any wider / bigger than Q7 Seats, I’m 99% sure the wiring would also be shared from the Q7 too

if not what about porsche seats they should be a direct fit, i also have a boxster and the pattern of the bolts seems to be the same, just not sure they will sit high enough.

@craig head I have considered porsche ones, a couple of brackets either side would do the trick I reckon. Would need to be raised a touch as I'm a bit of a short ass !
