hybird turbo on 2.0 cr140 2011

hi there my 2.0cr 2011 caddy its running around 200bhp with just a remap but ive seen people hybrid turbo them to around 250bhp+, just wondering what else id need apart from the turbo and maybe an upgraded clutch? thanks
