Caddy 2019 bluetooth missing

Hello!
My dad has recently bought VW Caddy 2019 trendline with composition colour radio - 1K8035150H, but there is no bluetooth option in the menu. In the hidden menu accessed by holding setup there is a BT modul option, so i think it is installed.
I haven't found any box with BT modul under the passenger seat, where can I find it? If it doesn't have bluetooth, is there any way to install it externally?

Hi, am having kind of similar trouble. The quality of the sound streamed by bluetooth is getting worse and worse, but I dont know why is that.
I havent found the modul either, so I was thinking, it may be the part of the radio unit?
Anyway, I have a chance to buy the 1K8035150 series unit. But there are many versions, some of which does and some doesnt have the bluetooth feature. I know for sure, that the 1k8 035 150 J doesnt. But what about the rest - 150H, 150L etc.
The sellers cant say for sure, what are the ones equipted with BT.

Have you figured out your situation?
I would like to know, if there a chance to get the BT working on these units.. Thanks in advance!
