Glow plugs flashing

Hi peeps.
Hoping someone may be able to help or advise.
My 61 plate caddy has recently been goin into limp mode and displaying flashing glow plug symbol. I took it to a garage . Had it checked on solus. Firstly he changed one of the injectors which in total cost me £400 . Few days later back to square one . Now the solus is displaying the codes below.
Anyine have any ideas as it seems to be a wiring fault. Thanks

not sure if this will help you bud ,
mine is an 11plate 1.6 and when mine was going into limp mode with glow plug light on it turned out to be my egr valve
replaced it and its been fine ever since
