Thanks Arwyn and pegger, got the inside to start now and having met Winst today I can foresee trouble ahead and a major domestic where the wife will be saying ..."its the Caddy or me!" .... I'll probably have to start looking for a flat very very soon Hahahaaaaa ... No doubt we'll see each other soon guys ... Tatton perhaps??!
