Ventilation

Post by Loz2286 »

I often have fishing tackle in the back of my Maxi and as a result condensation can be an issue as the gear can be wet when put in the van.

Any thoughts on ventilation of the rear? Obviously I need it to be secure.

Thanks

I have heard that the electric fan is possible or roof ventilation. Maybe I don't quite trust it. The ceiling should be insulated throughout to prevent the accumulation of condensation. Ventilation should be arranged or the car should be kept warm and dry. I asked almost the same thing in another thread.

mate I would go old school
get a cloth / towel and dry them off before putting them in the back of your caddy
the towel is easy to remove and dry / swap
could hand that on the exterior when your on the bank / river / lake so when u come back its dry and ready to do its job
