Got the rack from Chain Reaction Cycles but it needs a little mod to shorten it.

Hi, what size tyres do you run on the ch's, ive been considering putting 9 wide on but not really a fan of the stretched look !!

Ive also got some eibach springs but looking at yours with them on I think il not bother fitting them and get coilovers

They are some kind of absorber thing located between the wing and the plastic wheel arch liner, I removed them as this is the reason your wings will start to rust they get wet and the pointy end sits on the lip of the wing and slowly rusts away the wing. Its the same problem that the MK5 golfs have. Stupid idea and i always whip them out first chance i get.
2 ways to remove them are remove arch liner or remove the headlight and pull them out.

They are 225 all round, rears are stretched a little but i reckon you could run 235's no bother, Maybe just a little rub when using the sliding door though!.
