does your caddy let water in?
Over the last few rainy and wet days, i,ve noticed a lot of water filling up in the passenger foot well.Looks like its getting in through the window or door.Anyone else have this problem?

im sure your going to find the answer is no to your question
to fix though, strip off all the trim around door, get hose out and find out where its coming in
