MK7 R seats on factory bases
Your seats look great and would be first choice for me.
Did you use the bases from the Mk7 seats to bolt straight onto your Caddy floor?
Do you have seat heating in your caddy, did this work with your R seats?

Bought some Audi SLine seats, half leather from a scrapyard, £70 for the pair to replace my original van seats, however they weren’t heated ones.
So swapped them out for some heated Touran leather ones. They are also a bit more comfortable and easier to clean after I’ve been out biking.

Audi A4 B8 S line seats on touran base. One additional hole was required on each base for seat location pin. I haven't yet wired in the motors

Same as any other plate. 2004-2020 chassis is the same.

Forgive me but I've just read through all of this and have 2 answers in my head
I will be picking up some leon 5f seats at the weekend and want to put them on my standard bases. Am I driling the caddy bases or the seat leon rails?

Put them on the bases first and line them up.
Then drill through the original holes in the seat rails and through the bases. That’s how I would do it anyway.
