Drop 'Shaun' a PM mate, he'll give you all the advice you need.

He should run a cleaning section on here. :p

Armorall dash wipes work well. I leave a tub in the van so can always give the dash/door card a little wipe when sat bored in traffic.

I've used Autoglym Vinyl and Rubber Cleaner, worked well on my dirt engrained plastic interoir panels now like new.

Get yourself down to Tescos...Get some Daisy All Purpose Cleaner form the household aisle. Diluted in a spray bottle 1 part Daisy to 4 parts water. Hey presto, a great plastic and runbber cleaner. All for about 75p a litre.
For dressing i use Aoutosmart non-silicon Highstyle, but ant Autoglym or Meguairs dressing is just as good.
