i NEED a new sliding door mech

Hi,
i have had problems with the mech and on my sliding door, its just worse and worse so i took the mech off and cleaned it but still doesn't work, i think i just need a new mech i rang a part shop and they said there are different kinds and i have to get exactly the right one. can anyone recommend a place for a new one, or any advice at all.. the part no is: 2K0843 653 G
