Speedo change from kmh to mph

I have a Caddy van which I will importing from the ROI to the U.K. The speedo is in kmh and needs to be changed to mph to satisfy the U.K. regulations. Has anybody done this before, I presume I will need a new clock face (dials) with mph "on", also the kilometres odometer will need changing to miles as well. Any ideas folks? also guestimates on a costs?

Pick up a set of clocks from same year of van in a breakers and swap the immobiliser card over between the clocks should be simple enough i did it before and it works
