New rotors, callipers, pads, rims and two sets of tyres.
Maybe not.
I got better spec discs and pads, that's as far as I'm going there. The AT tyres on 15" stop a lot quicker than the road tyres on 17", probably makes up for the difference...

Do you have the spare located underneath? My 4motion maxi didn't come with a spare apparently because of the Haldex?
Also is there a way to tell if 15" wheels will fit or not, other than trying one?

Greg - Sorry for the belated response to your questions about fitting a spare wheel carrier on a Maxi 4 Motion.
In case you have not spotted it you may want to see this thread..
Thanks have done ...
I think you said 671mm max, but I was just wondering if anybody had tested the 2mm larger size. All tyre calc sizes are nominal and different manufacturers/tyre versions could well be slightly different !

From my experience, I think you'd have problems if the tyre was about 20mm wider (than the 205/70R15 tyre I used), as the closest point to touching is at the bottom of the rear inner arch (where the clearance is probably 10mm). In that case, you could either cut it or heat and mold it away from the tyre (or just let the tyre rub a hole in it).

BTW, that size is circumference, so I don't think a few mm makes a big difference.
Have seen some chat about running 215 65 R16? Anyone tried it?
Rubbing on inner arch on the rear was mentioned but this seems minor and easy to sort with some spacers, but must be pretty tight on the front on full lock…
