Oh well, I just paid £100 inc postage for one that looks in very good nic.
May have been too much but the supply/demand makes me think the price is reasonable? Especially as I see really crap ones go for £70 odd with broken vents and marks on them.
Will be arriving this week hopefully but won't be able to install until next month...

I got one, along with Touran front carpets for my 2011 caddy.
Roped in my brother -in-law and we just started taking it out.
Worked it out in the end, looking back now it was really quite good fun.
Needed a few additional bolts to put the new seats in - I'd purchased some Touran seat bases and Scirocco front seats.

Sirrus in the midlands, they convert maxi life's for disabled drivers so the centre console has to come out. They generally have a few in stock and will even fit them for you. I think fitted i was quoted £200 in April this year but because i have the bulkhead in they couldn't because of size issues and time. i took it home and did it myself in an afternoon.

Does it fit okay with the bulkhead ??
Did you have to take the bulkhead out to fit the console and then refit the bulkhead ??

Cheers.

Sorry for the late reply Bladerider. No i didn't take the bulkhead out, i had to cut some of the floor out behind where the console would fit. i did this with a fein cutter, you could use a grinder just be careful where the sparks are going. You will also lose the back of the console ie the vents and whatever else but i want the bulkhead in so it did not matter. If i was going to do a kombi conversion i would get Sirrus to do it and get a new console fitted with all the gubbins i would want. I also did not remove the seats, but if you do it will be a lot easier. read the how to and all will become clear. The biggest problem is finding all the fixing screws.

Thanks for the reply chap.

Oh I'm sure I will be spending hours in the "how to" section as and when I gain access.

Cheers.

If you were to buy the armrest new from VW, including the tilt and slide top and all the little screws, covers and clips etc. totals about 20 different parts.
Currently, RRP for all is £671.46

If you still want the part numbers and are not put off by the price, I can print the order form I have made in ETKA.

So I have my armrest with a 12v socket. I look behind the 12v socket and notice is a special VW plug that fit it.
Does anyone know the part number for this plug so I can wire in my own leccy to it?
Thanks!
