Can anybody please tell me which wires are for the DRL's so I can fit the resistors?

From reading other people's posts and risk of fire, if I mounted the resistors to the metal subframe(?) with some heatsink grease would this be adequate?

Rather than risk fire with a resistor, why not have the bulb error coded out.

heres a pin out for a headlight, its the same pin on both sides.

Does that mean it's 10 and 4 on the connector block? Not sure how to interpret that drawing and the quality isn't good enough to zoom in on.

yea pin 4 is DLR and pin 10 is side light. what part of Essex you in ?

I do have a genuine micro can lead (vdcs) never looked at cancelling out that before though.

It's not possible with VCDS unfortunately. Got it sorted now though, has to be done using vagcan pro. Cheers for the help though!

Sorry to be so ignorant fellas, I'm new to this. (there are going to be a few posts about electrics from me ha)
Is the reason you're looking to fir resistors because of the LEDs?
I've seen you can get LEDs that don't bring up the errors, do these not work? Is the only way to get rid of the errors to either fir resistors or get them coded out
