Caddy 1.4tsi mpg

Just wondering what mpg your getting out of your 1.4tsi
My last full tank I got 485 miles of mixed use

Can get 50mpg at 65mph on motorway
But usually getting 42mpg urban use

My father in law has a 1.4 and gets roughly the same as you

Whats the engine like on the 1.4tsi im looking into buying a viper green 1.4tsi but cant find anyones thoughts or know of any problems with these.

I haven't heard of them having any inherited problems, or maybe it's still too new. VW have fixed all the week points of EA111 when upgraded to EA211. Carbon build up is still a thing, as with most direct injection engines, but regular servicing and quality oil should minimise this.

Great news always regular servicing in my vw household anyways just purchased a viper green 1.4tsi so pick it up saturday cant wait been lost without my old one
