I've got them on mine, seems like an expensive option for not too much gain though to me. Not sure if I'd spend that kind of money on headlights tbh.

They'd probably be better with 35W Xenon, some have talked about that upgrade on here. Previous version (Mk3) was 35W with active cornering (lights move to follow corners), for the same kinda money, an expensive but worthwhile upgrade. 35W Xenon needs ALS (auto-level) function to be street legal, so VW really cheaped out on this version (Mk4 doesn't have level or steering angle sensors for Xenon). If you do upgrade the Xenon to 35W remember to swap the old bulbs out for MOT.

Did anyone succesfully retrofit xenon headlights in Caddy 4? Do i need to do any changes in harness or coding?
It’s just all the bits and some coding. They plugged straight into mine 👌🏻

Do you know exactly which bits and coding needs to be done?

Wow, that's some price! Considering they were just an £800 option when I bought mine new in 2016.

@r1lea
Did not require separate module/ballast?

Just plug and play (apart from coding of course)?

I thought a module/ballast would be required if going from non xenon to xenon set up?

2x Headlight
2x LED Driver Module
2x Xenon Ballast
2x Bulb

OEM Ballast and bulbs are 25W

You do have to cut the cable harness tape back a bit to get the plugs to the Xenon unit's input socket.

Hey all. Just picked up a caddy crew cab. Going to be doing double duty for the family as well as for my bicycle business.

Interested in decent lights as my Tiguan has fantastic xenon lights.
