Re: 2016 rear lights upgrade 07 caddy
Hello,
Info is useful, but I want to ask does the lamp holders are the same?
Because I know that those rear lights with coffin corner are different from those we are talking about

Sorry I had wrong bulb holder checked - one door 2015+
You will need doube door 2015+ here it is :
1 - Ground - brown
2 - Brake - red or black/red
3 - direction - black/green or black/white
4 - lights - grey /red or grey /black
5- Empty
6- Reverse
I did replace last night and the only thing you need to change in ECU is fact , that older caddy has double reverse lights

Re: 2016 rear lights upgrade 07 caddy
The easiest way to do the bulb warning light at home could possible just buy a simple 21w bulb holder and hide it somewhere in luggage under trim
safely to do not burn something (reverse light does not work for long usually so might not be a big problem)

Re: 2016 rear lights upgrade 07 caddy
What Doc said. I don't think there is much value in trying to get technical info out of this site without participating enough to get your post count up. Everything you need to know about this is in the "How to" post. Post some pictures of your van. Respond to some questions if you can answer them. 10 posts (or whatever it is) isn't much to do and faffing around without info when it's all available is a waste of time...

Just wired them in. Thats not that hard to do, only the coding needs to be done now.
