help! Caddy Windscreen part number with Rain Light Sensor

Hi All.
Wondering if anyone can help me track down the part number for the Caddy Windscreen that has the square RLS mount bracket.
my windscreen is cracked and needs to be replaced so i have made up a harness for the sensor and the auto rear view mirror but cant find the correct window.
my caddy is a 55 Plate but i believe the windows are interchangeable from 2005-2015?
