Not a diesel guy... But it's low - like 5 to 15 or something?
The 90 psi would be tandem pump pressure?
You need to check the volume of the tank pump too - if it's clogged, it can severely limit fuel flow, but still provide pressure with enough restriction applied.

All it's for is I'm putting a race tank in the back till I get my new one made but need a external pump to run it just cant seem to find any info anywhere tho
